Ryan has more than 10 years of experience in advising multinational clients on international tax planning and global wealth management matters including: trust and company structures, US withholding tax, OECD tax initiatives, tax treaty matters, FATCA/CRS, PPLIs and other insurance products, individual and corporate tax planning, financial institution tax compliance, Beneficial Ownership reporting requirements, and tax regularization matters. He is also an experienced civil litigation attorney who has represented numerous domestic and international clients before the US courts.
Prior to joining our firm, Ryan has worked as an associate for Baker McKenzie AG in Zurich, RSM US LLP in Washington, Ernst & Young LLP in Washington DC as well as a civil litigation attorney for various law firms in Florida.
Ryan is a registered as Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and holds a certificate in International Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
