Overview

Prior to joining the firm, Remi Garros-Quinn was a director of business and legal affairs at Swiss-based music technology company that develops advanced data-driven solutions for the music industry. Before then, he was working for arbitration and mediation centre of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO) being responsible for management of international commercial contentious matters related to IP, IT, R&D and technology disputes, mainly in the context of licensing, NDAs, distribution agreements and data protection breaches and involving major actors in the IT, Pharma, Healthcare and BioTech sectors.

Remi has also experience of working for Credit Suisse S.A. in Luxembourg being responsible for restructuring operations for both the investment and the private banking division.

Remi is also a co-founder and Executive Committee Member of the Latin American International Arbitration Course (LAIAC).
