As a partner of PLL Legal, Pavel has 20+ years of PQE advising startups and large enterprises on financial market regulatory matters, compliance and private equity as well as cross-border litigations and arbitrations, defamation, reputation management and intellectual property and other commercial matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he advised the World Bank Group, international companies in the telecommunications, financial market and FinTech sectors, as well as private family offices and (U)HNWIs.
He plays an active role in the work of numerous Swiss and international organisations. Particularly, he is an advisory board member of the Swiss FinTech Association (SFTA). He is also a member of Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
