Bronislava joined PLL Legal in 2019 and her practice focuses on venture capital law, compliance and structured finance. She has advised world-leading companies on a number of significant transactions in the venture capital, telecommunications, financial markets and retail sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Bronislava Starovoitova worked as an associate and a senior associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, where she focused on corporate and transactional work, including M&A, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
She was also Chief Legal Officer at iTech Capital and won the prestigious Deal of the Year award four times for its venture capital deals for players such as Bitfury, Aviasales, Seopult, Ticketland and TradingView.
Bronislava has been named on numerous occasions in the Legal 500 General Counsel Powerlist (GC Powerlist) and Best Lawyers global ratings.
