Litigation Associate, Advocate

Role Overview

PLL Legal & CBP is looking for a Litigation Associate with a PQE of 5+ years in the commercial litigation in US to join our cross-border litigation team. Our team offers you the opportunity to develop your career and take early responsibility for complex matters.

Skills Required For This Position

• Excellent writing skills in English;
• Strong interpersonal skills, including building empathy with clients, other attorneys and staff members;
• Good judgment and responsiveness;
• Strong intellectual curiosity;
• Self-motivation with a can-do attitude;
• Commitment to client service and team success;
• 5 years of PQE in dealing with commercial and criminal cases;
• Admission to the US bar.

Overview of The Assessment

• Stage 1: CV and cover letter review. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to Stage 2.
• Stage 2: An interview via video conference or in person in Zurich with a possible short written assignment.
